Return & Refund Policy

At ElenaPK, we carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch to ensure that your jewellery reaches you in the best possible condition.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn.
• Be in its original condition.
• Be returned with its original packaging and accessories, where applicable.
• Not show any signs of damage, scratches, alteration or misuse.

Items that have been worn, damaged or altered after delivery may not be accepted for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact ElenaPK within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photographs/videos of the item and its packaging so that our team can assess the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewellery items, particularly earrings, may not be eligible for return once opened or worn.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind or reasons unrelated to a product defect, the customer may be responsible for the applicable return shipping charges.

If the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly sent by ElenaPK, we will review the case and provide the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

For approved refunds, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Please note that the time required for a refund to reach your account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

ElenaPK reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the return conditions stated above.
