Delivery Across Pakistan
We currently offer delivery across Pakistan.
Shipping Charges
- Orders below Rs. 3,999: Rs. 200 delivery charges
- Orders of Rs. 3,999 or above: Free Delivery
The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful order confirmation.
For Cash on Delivery orders, your order may be verified by our team before dispatch.
For Bank Transfer orders, your order will be processed after the payment has been successfully verified.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service and other circumstances.
Usually it takes 4-7 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping or tracking information through the contact details provided at checkout.
Delivery Address
Please make sure that your name, phone number and complete delivery address are correct when placing your order.
ElenaPK will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, refuses the parcel, or provides an incorrect/incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be re-dispatched.
